A Menu Made for Sundays

It’s getting colder and Sundays are getting cosier, more about that one stand out meal shared with your people.

Our menu is built for those get togethers. Aged sharing Côte de Boeuf’s with bone marrow sauce, huge, juicy pork chops that we’ve bathed in pressed apples and kombucha, sticky beef ribs confit’d in beef fat with pump sauce, whole ducks roasted with mandarin and burnt honey… dishes made for the middle of the table and a bit of passing around.

Then dessert wise, treacle tarts made with white miso and ginger and super creamy, mega deep custard tarts. Don’t you just love winter when these things are prefect to eat?

As the weather turns, the wines do too, we’ve got new, rich reds and big flavours that just feel like they are made Sundays.
