Putting this wine list together has been one of the real joys of opening Emba. What we’ve curated is a collection of unusual expressions of familiar grapes, alongside bottles from lesser-known regions doing something genuinely special.

Most of the producers we work with follow biodynamic or low-intervention practices — makers who respect the land and let their wines speak for themselves. These wines just taste better. It’s a no-brainer for us to champion these kinds of producers wherever we can.

When it comes to wines by the glass, we keep things democratic. There are accessibly priced options, of course, but we also pour some of our more premium bottles — because sometimes you just want to try something extraordinary without committing to the whole bottle. We rotate these regularly to keep things interesting.
