Fat – Fire – Flavour

THIS FESTIVE WEEK

We’ve got six services left before we break for Christmas. We’re then back open on the 27th and 28th for all day services, perfect if you need a proper break from the leftovers. We’ll also be open on the 30th and of course for the big one on the 31st.

For this final week, I’ve managed to get my hands on some beautiful whole day boat John Dory. We’re BBQing them until deeply caramelised, then serving them with confit garlic and a smoked lemon sauce. We have a mix of sizes, some ideal for one, others perfect for sharing. As ever, when they’re gone, they’re gone.

The smoked bonito hollandaise scallop went down an absolute treat last week, so it’s back again.

On the roasted oyster menu this week you’ll find chicken fat and Aleppo pepper, beef fat Bloody Mary with horseradish, and seaweed burnt butter. All of them make excellent partners for something cold and fizzy.
