WE LOVE BEER. Not just drinking it (though we’re very good at that), but the creativity and contrast of the world of craft ales. We’re into all of it.

Some beers go beautifully with food — especially oysters. We love beer with oysters as much as we love their fancy friend Champagne. You’ll also find beer in some of our cooking — and a couple of our current oyster garnishes use beer as a key ingredient, which makes this pairing work even better.
